Estimates & pricing
Estimates provided over the phone or online are preliminary and based on the information you provide. The binding, fixed price is the written line-item quote presented after the roof walk, before any work begins — that number does not change once you approve it, barring a scope change you separately authorize (for example, deck repair flagged as a priced contingency).
Scheduling & access
Arrival windows and installation dates are estimates based on real-time scheduling and weather, and roofing work is weather-dependent by nature. We make rain-delay calls early the morning of and tell you as soon as we know. You're responsible for providing reasonable access to the roof and staging area at the scheduled time.
Labor on completed installations is warranted for the period stated on your invoice at the time of service. The warranty covers failures caused by our installation; it does not cover unrelated pre-existing conditions, storm damage after completion, misuse, or work performed by others after we've left. Manufacturer material warranties are separate and are registered on your behalf.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for that service. We carry general liability insurance for the work itself, consistent with our license.
