Performance Roofing & Siding Grand Rapids did an all-around excellent job refurbishing the exterior of our 85-year-old home with new James Hardie siding. Randy, David and Dave M were incredibly thorough and kept in regular communication with us every step of the way on what was possible, and what was cost-effective to complete a new exterior look. On multiple occasions Randy went out of his way to make sure every detail was addressed to our satisfaction. After several quotes over for this project over the years, Performance's quote was not only cost competitive, but it was by far and away the most thorough and detailed, with Dave M taking time to outline any possible contingencies. Dave was very thorough as to what needed to be done for roof and siding installation. Randy oversaw the installation and had good advice throughout the process. Nathan Kuhn came to my home right away, found the damage put a temporary tarp over. Advise me to get a couple more quotes and gave me his business card.
